The Product Lead and Analyst, Marketing Technology is responsible for facilitating the management of data products globally by understanding customers’ requirements, marketing domain specific nuances and working with tech & vendor teams to deliver the right iterations at scale to support Coca-Cola’s marketing ambitions.

Key priorities for this role include understanding the key datasets in the marketing landscape that is foundational for the company and working with several internal teams and external vendors to ensure we have the foundations of marketing effectiveness and efficiencies engine setup well. The role is intended to be hands on where you should expect to query the datasets, build secondary views and visualizations on top of orchestrating the same with other vendors. This role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing Technology and will work closely with the Marketing team.

The candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong track record of delivering projects, being organized and self-driven. The candidate needs to be comfortable in matrixed, globally dispersed organization structures with good communication skills to collaborate internally with multi-functional colleagues and IT and externally with IT vendors to ensure solutions are adopted. A team-player attitude is crucial along with an enterprise mindset.

What You’ll Do for Us
• Facilitate the implementation of Marketing Data Lake that provides access to the extended marketing community and govern usage across partners.
• Work closely with BI teams and IT vendors to ensure the marketing data lake is robust and resilient and iteratively produces tangible outcome-based value deliveries with good adoption across the networked marketing community in the company along with our agency partners.
• Proactively Identify gaps in master data mapping and provide recommendations to the data operations teams to resolve the same
• Utilize a deep understanding of marketing data to create a robust and resilient integrity testing plan for the marketing data lake so that the users will have
• Work closely with internal teams to understand their needs and incorporate them into the marketing data lake
• Monitor performance metrics for the marketing data lake in terms of usage analytics and other adoption related metrics. Report these metrics on a regular basis
• Collaborate with agencies, IT vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of the data lake
• Guide vendor development partners to integrate and stay on track with internal goals
• Manage relationships with external engineering partners & external product vendors that integrate with the company’s platforms.
• Work with other engineering teams, product managers, business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain high levels of visibility, efficiency, and collaboration.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, working with data products especially in marketing domain ideally with FMCG experience
• Strong understanding of marketing datasets and data analytics. SQL expertise is mandatory
• Strong data visualization skills especially in Azure stack with Power BI
• Experience working with BI teams and IT vendors to build data products
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment (Product Owner role preferred).
• Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable with clear analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Communicator, able to interpret and translate high-level business strategy and product roadmaps and communicate objectives to audiences technical and non-technical.
• Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work with and develop relationships with other product managers, business partners, engineering and other teams to implement large-scale enterprise systems.
• User-focused with a passion for building product.
